Omega 3 supplements reduce the need of some medications

Increasing your omega 3 levels by eating oily fish 3 times a week or taking a regular omega 3 supplement can reduce medical conditions thereby reducing the need to take some medications.

Omega 3 supplements will:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis: reduce joint pain, soreness, stiffness and fatigue.
  • Clogged arteries: keeps arteries open and clear and reduces the risk of reclosure of arteries after angioplasty by up to 40%.
  • Ulcerative colitis: long term omega 3 supplements can depress the disease process.
  • Psoriasis: Reduces itching, redness, pain and inflammation.
  • Eczema: Reduces itching, redness, pain and inflammation.
  • Asthma: limits attacks.
  • Migraines: may reduce the number or and severity of attacks.
Of course you should never alter your medications without consulting your doctor first.
